The Garden Route Language Centre invites you to come and enjoy an English language travel experience in the heart of the adventure capital of South Africa, the Garden Route.
Our English school and student residence are situated in Plettenberg Bay and offer students a unique experience of incorporating comprehensive English tuition and convenient accommodation. The school offers general English and intensive English courses designed to improve accuracy, focusing on grammar skills, reading and writing and language skills in afternoon conversation classes. We offer all levels, from elementary to upper intermediate.

The Garden Route Language Centre combines comprehensive English tuition and interactive group participation in outdoor and adventure activities, providing students the opportunity to continually develop their English language skills and learn English both in and out of the classroom in the form of a "Language Safari".
Our English school is situated 3km from the main street. We have a large wooden deck with BBQ facilities overlooking a golf course and we are often visited by wild monkeys. We have 12 classrooms, a video lab, swimming pool, sports bar and lunch time canteen with internet access and free tea and coffee.

Course information
Courses cover both general and intensive English designed to improve: accuracy, focusing on grammatical skills, reading & writing and fluency skills in afternoon conversation classes. We offer all levels, from elementary to upper intermediate. Classes are restricted to eight students to ensure personalised teaching. We do not offer business and exam preparation classes as our emphasis is based on language and adventure. Our team of teachers are both dedicated and qualified with much travel and sporting experience.
