Shark Cage Diving

Mossel Bay in the Garden Route is home to an abundance of shark species including the intriguing Great White Shark, making it the perfect location for Shark Cage Diving. Join us for an adventure of a lifetime to view the awesome White Shark either from the deck of the 11 meter custom built shark vessel or from the large six man shark cage.
With its protected bay and calm sea conditions, Mossel Bay has the most accessible White Sharks in the world and a ten minute ride to Seal Island will have both divers and non divers sighting these incredible creatures in no time. For the divers, the water temperature ranges from about 16 to 24 degrees.
During the months, May to August, one can be lucky enough to witness the sharks breaching - an unforgettable sighting of a White Shark jumping completely out of the water!
The trip takes roughly four hours and includes breakfast, refreshments and snacks. All dive equipment is provided for those willing to brave the water in the shark cage.
Remember to bring your own sun block, hat, sun glasses, towel and warm jacket.
It is also important to note that while White Shark excursions along our coast are highly successful, these are wild animals and we cannot guarantee sightings.

• Wet suites and dive equipment supplied and available in all sizes
• Afternoon tea upon arrival back at the harbour
• Certificate of your White Shark Experience

Please don’t board our boat without:
Sunscreen, towel, swimwear (if diving), camera, hat or cap (we sell
really cool ones) and a warm jacket.
If you are prone to motion sickness make sure you take a seasickness tablet the night
before and again 2 hours prior to boarding the boat.
