The Garden Route's warm and abundant waters make Plettenberg Bay one of South Africa's best scuba diving spots for both beginners and advanced divers. Beginner and advanced PADI diving courses are available with professional, friendly and safety conscious instructors. Charters and equipment rental also available.

AVAILABLE COURSES:

PADI Discover Scuba – Pool Introduction R250
Try out scuba diving in the safe confines of a swimming pool. A qualified instructor will run through the basics until you are ready to take your first breath underwater! Great fun for the whole family. Minimum age: 8 years.

Discover Scuba Diving R895
Discover the underwater world - it only takes a few hours! Learn to scuba dive in one day. This course is a fantastic opportunity to try out scuba diving and explore the world below the waves. All equipment provided.

PADI Scuba Diving Course R2050
This is a two day course, resulting in a PADI Scuba Diver certification. This is a lifetime certification and includes 3 pool dives and 2 ocean dives. All equipment and training materials provided.

PADI Open Water Course R2495
This is a four day course, resulting in the most sought-after diving qualification in the world. The course includes 5 pool dives and 4 ocean dives. Equipment, if required, can be rented for the duration of the course at an additional cost of R399.

Course Content:
The course is made up of theory, pool training and sea dives

• Lecture
• Complete Pool Session
• Sea Dive to maximum depth of 12m

Formal lectures supported with PADI video material
Quizzes and a final exam to test your knowledge

Pool Training (5 Modules)
All the skills required for the course are taught in an Olympic size swimming pool, ensuring an ideal spacious training environment. (Indoor and heated in winter).
Sea Dives (5 Dives)
Three boat dives and 2 shore dives are completed on the course (4 training dives and 1 free dive).

ADVANCED COURSE
Get a taste of the real adventure scuba diving has to offer with the opportunity to participate in
dives deeper than 18 metres, night dives and wreck dives.

Snorkelling Excursion R195
Take a tour of the reef and experience the wonders beneath the surface in Plettenberg Bay. The excursion is an hour long and all equipment is provided. A guide will conduct you on a path to colourful wonders and points of interest. An amazing experience for the beginner and advanced alike!

Qualified divers must present a dive card before using our services.
In order to partake in a dive course a medical form (available from us) must be completed and signed by a doctor.
